The Saskatchewan Health Authority provides the following grief support resources:
- Perinatal Loss Support Program – this document provides resources and support for individuals and families who experience a perinatal loss.

Alberta Health Services also offers After Your Loss guides to help support parents and families with the loss of a pregnancy or baby.
The Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Centre is based in Calgary, but its goal is to support individuals and families across Canada at all stages of loss through several initiatives, including:

- Grief counselling
- Pregnancy and infant loss coaching
- Specialized peer support groups
