Cancelling an Appointment

You can use the online appointment request widget to cancel an existing appointment with Mayfair Diagnostics. Click on the video to the left for:

Text Message Confirmation

If you have provided us with a mobile phone number, you will receive a text message confirmation with the details of your appointment, WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS of you making an online or telephone booking request. Click on the video to the left for:

  • How to access preparation instructions and location details.
  • Why you need to provide your health care number in order to access your preparation instructions.

Email Confirmation
